The resort was beautiful and SO clean and sterilized, the staff was amazing and kind, the food and drinks were great, and the company Amstar used for our excursion was the best! The best family experience was paddle boarding on the breathtaking lagoon on our last day next to the Rainbow Tower. The food trucks were a hit and we all want to live there! “We had a great time on our trip! Our 4-year-old loved watching the parade, and both boys loved their first fireworks show. The parade package at Tony’s was totally worth it for us. We got front row parade seating without any waiting around. The character dining experiences were also great. We did Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey’s, and I love that we didn’t spend any park time waiting in lines to meet characters. Especially because our 2-year-old had no interest in greeting half of them! We all had so much fun, and are even more excited for our upcoming cruise now!”

“The trip to Cabo was wonderful and our stay at the Reflect Krystal was even better. Our suite had a kitchen and living room area. The room also had a small balcony that overlooked hills. Customer service was a ten. The resort had several events and restaurants to choose from. Shayla and her team did a wonderful job assisting us with the resort to fit our needs at a great cost. I will definitely use Northcutt Travel Agency for all of my future travels.”
